My Mothers Day

Just Wanted to share My Mothers Day with you.

I was whisked away to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens where we got a Family Membership so I can go back any time I want.  It was only $20.00 more.  And I got a free trowel to boot!

 

There was so much to see...I didn't know which way to aim my camera.  And they had a rose show going on.

I have been wanting to see this Climbing rose for awhile.  All my roses in my gardens have something to do with my Mother or Sister.  This one is called 4th of July...My Mom was born or the 4th of July.  Absolutely gorgeous.

Happy Mothers day Mom...I miss you.

Alex fell in love with the smoke tree...he couldn't stop touching it...and it looks like it was sending him some love too.

I had to take a photo of these two funny looking creatures as well.

Wonderful Word Wednesday

Maybe one of these days I'll be able to give myself a gold star for being ordinary,

and maybe one of these days i'll give myself a gold star for being extraordinary-for persisting.

And maybe one day I won't need to have a star at all.
