Alex the Dough Monster |
Stir in the rest of the flour to make a sturdy dough. Knead on a floured surface until the dough is nice and smooth and springs back about 10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or unitl about doubled in size.
Punch it down and divide it into loaves, rolls, or let the kids have fun and make shapes. Great for learning numbers and letters...make the shape of the alphabet. Place on a lightly greased sheets and let rise until doubled in size.
