WIP - Baby/Toddler Gnome Beanie

I have been playing with my scrap yarn and have come up with a Gnome Beanie for a Baby  or Toddler.  I really love how the pattern is turning out, blue and white always looks so fresh together...and this is six shades of blue.
Cant you just see a rosy cheeked dumpling in this...to bad mine are all grown up.  OH well maybe I will do a giveaway.

I think it will be lovely, it has that ombre effect and mixed with a more traditional design, perfect!

So cute the way the blue steps from light to dark!

gorgeous yarns! is the blue a gradually changing yarn or are you striping in all those lovely colors with bits of blue?

Thank you so much!

Karen, These are bits of blue in my stash I am trying to use up. Self striping would be much simpler.

Anny, I will be doing one more just to check the pattern. (I will post it on Ralvery and Knitting Pattern Central) And will be giving both away sometime in the fall. Be sure to check back for the Giveaway and get your name in the pot.
