Valentine Heart Garland Tutorial

Well, I'm on a roll now...my son said that making YouTube video's was addicting.  This garland looks really nice hanging in my schoolroom.  The kids are older but still appreciate my efforts...really I do it just as much for myself. The crafter kid in me just cant help it.
